Through this website I hope to provide you with a clear picture of the professional counselling and psychotherapy service I offer. In my practice, I see individuals as well as couples and families facing moments of crisis. I am experienced in working with adolescents facing a variety of life situations. I firmly believe that psychotherapy and counselling facilitate recovery when challenging life situations, psychological or relational problems impair our daily living or erode our happiness. Therapy also promotes growth for individuals and couples who desire further personal development. These two processes, which I have termed Recovery & Growth, are two complimentary positive effects of the so called “talking cure”.

I offer short-term focused counselling as well as longer-term psychotherapy according to the specific needs and goals identified by oneself. I respect client confidentiality scrupulously and I am positive about diversity whatever your creed, sexual orientation, life stage or lifestyle.
